About Supreme Swimming Pool Pumps

We are proud to announce the release of our new Supreme Heating line of inverter heat pumps. Supreme Heating is our domestic and commercial range of inverter pool heat pumps that provide enhanced performance and reduced electrical consumption.

VproPlus

Australia’s Most Efficient Pool Heat Pump!

VProPlus delivers more heating using less power with a Coefficient of Performance (COP) of up to 20. This enables it to deliver 32 kW of heating with single-phase and 40 kW with three-phase power, setting new record highs in Australia.

VProPlus features the all-new 3D Titanium heat exchanger, Mitsubishi twin-rotary compressor, and TurboSilence inverter control system. The new 3D Titanium heat exchanger has 30% more heat transfer area and 30% improved efficiency. The Mitsubishi twin-rotatory compressor minimises vibration, achieves 20% noise reduction and allows a turbo heating capacity of 120% in one touch.

  • 11 kW to 32 kW Single Phase
  • 40 kW Three Phase

Features

  • Tested and Certified by TÜV Rheinland International
  • 3D Titanium Heat Exchanger
  • Mitsubishi Full Inverter
  • Turbo-Silence Controller Technology
  • Built-in Wifi Controller

Warranty

  • 30 Years – Heat Exchanger
  • 10 Years – Compressor
  • 2 Years – Other Components

VortexPro

PREMIUM INVERTER SWIMMING POOL HEAT PUMP

The Vortex-Pro Pool Heat Pump offers the ability to dynamically vary the working frequency of the inverter compressor, boasting even greater performance.

This, coupled with the synchronisation of the fan and compressor speeds, optimises air flow to and from the swimming pool heat pump. The enhanced technology of the VortexPro provides up to 50% higher efficiency with a COP of up to 15 compared to an on/off pool heat pump.

SMART CONTROL OPTIONS:

Vortex Switch: A plug and play automation unit recommended for heat pump systems with independent circulation pumps. Can be fitted during the installation of the heat pump, meaning no additional hassle or explanation required for the electrician. Optional extra.

Vortex Link: When your heat pump shares the same water line with the filtration system, operating it automatically beyond filtration hours is not possible without the Link. This device activates the filtration water pump, disables salt chlorinator production, allowing the heat pump to efficiently warm the pool without over-chlorination outside of the filtration hours. Optional extra.

  • 10 kW to 28 kW single phase
  • 35 kW three-phase

Features

  • Heating & Cooling operation modes
  • Spiral titanium heat exchanger
  • Variable speed compressor
  • Built-in timer
  • Wi-fi control
  • Durable aluminium alloy casing built to last
  • Eco-friendly R32 refrigerant

Warranty

  • 30 Years – Heat Exchanger
  • 10 Years – Compressor
  • 2 Years – Other Components

NovaPro 290 (Side discharge)

AUSTRALIA’S FIRST R290 POOL HEAT PUMP

R290 is a new generation of eco-friendly refrigerants that will not damage the ozone layer if the gas is dissipated into the atmosphere. It also has a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 3 compared to 677 for conventional R32 refrigerants.

With the innovative vertical exhaust design option, the top discharge inverter heat pump can be installed next to virtually any installation in tight spaces.

R290 has a high thermal performance and large cooling capacity per unit volume. Combined with high-efficiency titanium heat exchanger and advanced full inverter control, the Nova-Pro290 is capable of stable operation in cold weather and extending your swimming season to all year round.

Nova-Pro290 also can also be installed in limited spaces on the side of the building thanks to the unique air flow and side discharge.

If your pool heat pump is in need of servicing/maintenance, please contact us directly to arrange a call-out.

We recommend an annual service on heat pumps for pools, to be carried out by a licensed technician. Pool Heating Systems provides annual servicing as well as breakdown call-outs.

Contact us today to be added to our annual servicing list and one of our friendly office staff will contact you each year when servicing is due.

In climates where there's a risk of water freezing or you need to complete a shock treatment on your pool, we suggest putting the heat pump in bypass to stop water running through the Supreme Heating swimming pool heat pump.

In sunny Queensland, however, we recommend leaving the bypass valves as is so water is continuously flushed through the titanium heat exchanger.

on their great range of covers.

If you don’t like the look of pool covers, but still want the protection they offer, contact us today about Heat Loc - the liquid pool cover solution.

Electric pool heat pumps work by taking the outside air and pumping the heat into the water until the desired temperature is reached in a refrigeration cycle. It doesn’t need a lot of energy to do this and actually uses a lot less than its gas counterpart.

When the pool is nearly at the desired temperature, the heat pump starts to ramp down and not draw as much electricity (which, of course, saves you money).

Not all heaters are equipped to cool. To cool your pool’s water, the process is reversed so the heater will pull heat out of the water and put it back into the air. This works in much the same way as a reverse cycle air conditioner.

Our full inverter heat pumps can use up to 80% less power consumption than a standard heat pump, and are a more affordable option compared to gas heaters. The Australian Energy Systems Ai Series produces up to 15.5kW of heat for every 1kW of electricity used.

The heater size depends on a few factors:

- Season extender (September/October – April only) or all year-round heating
- Indoor or outdoor pool
- Surface area of pool
- Are you using a pool cover?

To put it simply, no. The heater can run off the same plumbing as your pool pump but you will need to have a “Priority to Heat” controller installed. This controller tells the pump when to turn on so you can maintain your heater set temperature.

We’re based in north Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, and we service areas within these regions.
